Presently before the Court are consolidated appeals from rulings of the bankruptcy court issued by two different judges with conflicting results. 1
In one appeal, Ainslie v. Grablowsky, debtor Bernie J. Grablowsky challenges the ruling of the bankruptcy court on the motion for relief from stay filed by John W. Ainslie and John W.
