MEMORANDUM OPINION
BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court upon the trustee’s objection to the debtor’s claim of his homestead exemption. For the reasons set forth in the Memorandum Opinion, the Court dismisses the trustee’s objection.
FINDINGS OF FACT
Theron Hayes (“debtor”) was the owner of two jewelry businesses, one operating as Hayes Jewelers in Richmond, Virginia, and the other as Springfield Jewelers in Springfield, Virginia.
