Error from Brown District Court. At the general election held in Atchison county, in this state, in November, 1881, James A. The first error co'mplained of is the refusal of the court to require the plaintiff below to make more definite and certain the second amended petition. If there was any error in such refusal, it is wholly immaterial, in view of the subsequent pleadings which were filed.
