ItiGHARDSON, Judge:

The merchandise of this protest consists of cotton carded grey greige print cloth imported from Yugoslavia August 31, 1963. It was classified as unfinished grey carded cotton print cloth, not 'bleached, not combed, other, average yam number 31 and average yarn number 32 and assessed at 9.3 cents per pound under item 320.31 and 9.6 cents per pound under item 320.32, respectively, Tariff Schedules of the United States.
