11AppeIIant Arkansas Lottery Commission (Commission) purports to bring this interlocutory appeal from an order entered by the Pulaski County Circuit Court addressing its motion to dismiss the amended complaint of appellee Alpha Marketing. For reversal, the Commission asserts that the circuit court erred by failing to grant its motion to dismiss Alpha Marketing’s claims for damages and injunctive relief because those claims are barred by the doctrine of sovereign immunity.
