| Appellants Charlotte Hall Hardin, Troy Gentry Guthrey, and Entergy Arkansas, Inc., appeal an order of the Jefferson County Circuit Court granting summary judgment in favor of appellee India Bishop. For reversal, appellants argue that the circuit court erred in its ruling and in dismissing appellants’ claims for double damages, pursuant to Arkansas’s fire-prevention statute found at Arkansas Code Annotated section 20-22-304 (Repl.2005). We accepted certification from the court of appeals and have jurisdiction pursuant to Arkansas Supreme Court Rule l-2(b)(6)…
