This is an action at law on a promissory note. The cause was tried before the court without a jury. The court found in favor of the plaintiffs and entered judgment against the defendants for the face of the note in the amount of $2,750 together with interest in the sum of $1,650 and attorney fees in the sum of $750. The trial was not reported; no special findings were timely requested; and no agreed narrative statement was filed.
