Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Herbert Altman, J., on speedy trial motion; Daniel FitzGerald, J., at jury trial and sentence), *446rendered March 18, 1994, convicting defendant of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 6 to 12 years, unanimously affirmed. Motion for leave to appeal to this Court is denied.
