Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Common Pleas -Court dismissing her petition upon a verdict of a jury on ¡behalf of the defendant.

The action was for personal injuries sustained by appellant when struck by an automobile driven by appellee. The ■collision occurred on the north cross-walk on South Main ¡Street, Dayton, Ohio, at the intersection of South Main and Fourth Streets.
