Plaintiff appeals as of right from a judgment entered on October 26, 1970, pursuant to a jury verdict of no cause of action in favor of defendants, rendered on September 30,1970.

At approximately 5:30 p.m. on the afternoon of October 29, 1967, plaintiff was seated in the right front seat of an automobile which had stopped for a traffic signal at an intersection in Battle Creek. While stopped for the traffic signal, the car in which plaintiff was riding was struck from behind by another vehicle owned by defendant Otis Carson and being driven by defendant Beatrice Carson.
