The Crawford County Farm Bureau Association was incorporated in 1918. This action was brought in January, 1933, against Crawford county, its officers, and against the Crawford County Farm Bureau Association to recover moneys paid and to enjoin the appropriation of 1933. Plaintiffs claim that Crawford county appropriated and paid to the Crawford County Farm Bureau Association various sums from $1,000 to $3,000 per year from 1918 to and including 1932.
