This is an action in mandamus commenced by the trustees of the County Hospital of Mahaska county, to compel the board of supervisors of that county to direct the county auditor to issue warrants to pay two accounts for expenses incurred by the hospital trustees. The first, for $121 for graduating pins purchased from a jewelry store by the hospital trustees for the graduating nurses of the Hospital Training School in 1933; the second, for $12 for two annual subscriptions of the Oskaloosa Daily Herald, for the use of hospital patients.
