— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Clabby, J.), rendered November 14, 1984, convicting him of attempted robbery in the second degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence. By decision and order dated October 31, 1988, this court held the appeal in abeyance and remitted the matter to the Supreme Court, Queens County, to hear and report on that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony, and the appeal was held in abeyance in the interim (143 AD2d 1066).
