The defendants are charged with robbery in the first degree, attempted robbery in the second degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree. Their omnibus motions requested Wade hearings arguing that the identifications of them made by the two complainants were suggestive. Witnesses at the hearing were Detective Thomas Casey and the complainant, Joakima Artis.
