This is an equitable action brought to enforce a judgment lien claimed by the plaintiff to exist against the excess in quantity and value of the homestead of the defendants J. O. Galloway and wife in and to their homestead within the corporate limits of Oklahoma City. The defendants filed a general demurrer to the pel ilion which was overruled and the defendants elected to stand upon their demurrer.
