This matter is before the court on an appeal from the Bankruptcy Court of the Northern District of Indiana, Fort Wayne Division.: On April 8, 1998 the appellants filed a notice of bankruptcy appeal with this court, appealing the Bankruptcy Court’s February 20, 1998 order in this cause. The appellants filed their opening brief on May 22, 1998, and the International Union, UAW, filed an amicus curiae brief on this same date.
