This is an appeal from the action of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Hartford granting the application of The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company for a variation of the zoning ordinances to permit said applicant to conduct a package store for the sale of intoxicating liquors at property leased by it at 174 Washington Street, in the City of Hartford.
