FERGUSON, Judge:

Arraigned and tried before a general court-martial convened by the Commander, U. S. Naval Forces, Japan, the accused pleaded guilty to seventeen specifications of larceny, four specifications of wrongful appropriation, and' eight specifications of forgery, in violation, respectively, of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Articles 121 and 123, 10 USC §§ 921, 923. He was sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, confinement at hard labor for twelve months, and reduction. In conformance with a pretrial agreement, the convening…
