—Appellant Rebecca Mason was charged in two misdemeanor counts with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or more in violation of Vehicle Code section 23152, subdivisions (a) and (b), respectively. She appeals the denial of her pretrial motion to suppress, challenging the ruling with respect to the warrantless blood draw only.
