2Per curiam

Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted by general court-martial of kidnap*235ping and rape, in violation of Articles 134 and 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 934 and 920, respectively. The trial court sentenced appellant to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor and forfeiture of all pay for 5 years, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade. The convening authority reduced the confinement and forfeitures to 3 years but otherwise approved the sentence. The Court of Military Review affirmed. 16 M.J. 534 (1983).
