COX, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, a general court-martial composed of officer members found appellant guilty of forcible sodomy, aggravated assault, kidnapping, and assault with intent to commit sodomy.1 He was sentenced to be dishonorably discharged from *124the service, to be confined for 8 years, to forfeit all pay and allowances, and to be reduced to pay grade E-l. The convening authority approved these results. The Court of Military Review, however, found that the evidence was insufficient to support the charges of kidnapping and assault with the intent to commit sodomy…
