EVERETT, Chief Judge:

Appellant was tried by special court-martial at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, on charges alleging that he had disobeyed an order, committed two larcenies, and forged a promissory note, in violation of Articles 92, 121, and 123 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 921, and 923, respectively. Pursuant to a pretrial agreement, he pleaded guilty to all charges and specifications and, after the court had entered findings of guilty, was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge and confinement at hard labor for 6 months.
