The appellant, Parrish, president of the Owensboro Savings Bank & Trust Company, was indicted for assenting* to the receiving of a deposit by it after he had knowledge of its insolvency. The indictment reads as follows: “The grand jury of Daviess counfy, in the name and by the authority of the commonwealth of Kentucky, accuse James H.
