CODE OF MARYLAND REGULATIONS (“COMAR”) 11.12.01.15A — VEHICLE SALES CONTRACT COMAR 11.12.01.15A provides that “[e]very vehicle sales contract or agreement shall be evinced by an instrument in writing containing all of the agreements of the parties.” The adoption of this regulation has not supplanted our longstanding common law contract principles permitting the construction or reading of multiple documents together to comprise the entire agreement between the parties.
