DECISION

{¶ 1} Relator, Elizabeth Hackenburg ("relator"), commenced this original action in mandamus seeking an order compelling respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its May 23, 2006, order exercising continuing jurisdiction over a February 14, 2006, Staff Hearing Officer's ("SHO") order awarding temporary total disability ("TTD") compensation, and to enter an order reinstating the February 14, 2006 order of the SHO.
