Supreme Court of Louisiana

Decided November 4, 1929No. 29992PublishedCited by 2 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

The defendant was arrested and charged with the crime of murder. He was indicted and tried, and the jury returned an unqualified verdict in the words "Guilty as charged."
