Appellant was tried and convicted upon an affidavit and information charging him with *242the crime of perjury. There was a motion tc quash the information, which was overruled. A motion for a change of venue was filed by appellant, which was overruled.

Appellant’s motion for a new trial was also overruled.

The first error assigned is that the court erred in overruling the motion to quash the information.
