MEMORANDUM & ORDER
GORTON, District Judge.
This is a breach of contract action arising out of a product development and license agreement. The defendant has moved to dismiss a number of the plain tiffs claims on the ground that the subject contract expressly limits the liability of the parties in a way that precludes most of plaintiffs claims. It also seeks a more definite statement with respect to the claims that are not allegedly barred by the contract.
