Defendant American Property Management Corporation1 appeals a judgment entered after a jury rendered a verdict for plaintiff Judy Bray on her claim for wrongful death under the theory of respondeat superior. Plaintiffs husband Roy Bray died as a result of being stabbed during an altercation with defendant’s employee.
