The Plaintiff, Teri Tucker (“Tucker”), brings this action against the Defendant, Journal Register East, a division of the Journal Register Co., d/b/a The New Haven Register (“the Register”), alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
