The Plaintiff, Mark DeMoss (“DeMoss”) brings this action against Lynne Moore (“Moore”), individually and in her official capacity as Principal of West Rocks Middle School; Salvatore Corda (“Corda”), individually and in his official capacity as Superintendent of the Norwalk Public Schools; and the Norwalk Board of Education (“the Board”).
