Betty Jean Wilson, a minor, suing by Taylor Wilson, her father, had judgment for $3,500 against Thayer County Agricultural Society and others for personal injuries, and the defendants appealed.
The evidence shows the plaintiff, then two years old, was taken by her father and mother on the' evening of Sep*581tember 1, 1921, to áttend the county fair at Deshler in Thayer county. Admission fees were paid by the father and mother to the grounds and to the grandstand. No fee was paid or asked for the child, who was carried by the father.
