This is an action to recover damages for alleged negligence resulting in the death of John P. Tralle, a workman. While he was operating a freight elevator in a store building at 415 South Sixteenth street, Omaha, August 19, 1924, a hammer fell into the elevator shaft, struck him on the *420head and killed him. His widow, Margaret Tralle, as administratrix of his estate, brought this action against the following defendants: John R.
