Daniel Zane Mohrbacher appeals two counts of conviction under 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(1) for transporting visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. He does not challenge his other two counts of conviction, one for receiving visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct under 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2) and the other for possession of three or more items containing such depictions under § 2252(a)(4)(b).
