CARTER, District Judge:

Abdul Daas appeals his jury conviction and sentence for distributing listed chemicals, specifically ephedrine and pseu-doephedrine, with reasonable cause to believe they would be used to manufacture methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(d)(2). 2
