CHADICK, Chief Justice.

This is a suit to collect medical payments under the provisions of an insurance policy. The judgment of the trial court awarding a recovery is modified, and as modified, affirmed.

On November 19, 1957, Glens Falls Insurance Company issued its Comprehensive Personal Liability Policy No. CP-373136, effective for a period of one year from date, naming therein Lemle Fried Manning as insured.
