PHILLIPS, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the appellee, Insurance Company of North America. The insurance' company issued a policy of automobile insurance to appellant on May 29, 1977. This policy provided comprehensive-liability coverage. It also provided uninsured motorist protection for bodily injury, pursuant to Tex.Ins.Code Ann. art. 5.06-1, but did not provide uninsured motorist coverage for property damage, which was not required by Art. 5.06-1 when the policy was issued.
