Lessors appeal a traditional summary judgment rendered (1) against them on their breach of contract claim against Murphy, the lessee, and (2) for Murphy on its declaratory judgment action. The parties dispute whether a well drilled on the lessors’ tracts satisfies the requirements of the oil and gas leases’ offset well clauses. We conclude Murphy failed to conclusively prove its points, and it was not entitled to summary judgment.
