On March 22, 2010, Petitioner, Attorney Grievance Commission, acting through Bar Counsel, filed with this Court a Petition for Disciplinary or Remedial Action against Respondent, Ranji M. Garrett. The petition alleged multiple violations of the Maryland Lawyers’ Rules of Professional Conduct (MLRPC) arising out of the representation of nine separate clients in nine separate matters.
