SHARP, Judge.
R. W. Houk and others brought suit against Kirby Petroleum Company to recover title and possession of a 5-acre tract of land, part of the Henry Griffith - survey, in Chambers county. Plaintiffs’ petition is. in the usual form for an action of trespass to try title. The defendant, Kirby Petroleum Company, answered by general demurrer, general denial, and plea of not guilty, and especially pleaded limitation of three, five, ten, and twenty-five years.
