SPEER, Justice.

Plaintiffs, Albert Brown; William Fish-bein; Janet Fishbein, a minor, acting through a next friend; Dorothy Fishbein Wall, joined by her husband; and Dan Brown, instituted this suit on July 9, 1948, in statutory form of trespass to try title against defendants, Della Ballingall and her husband, to recover title and possession of about 12 acres of land in the Trinity River “botton,” inside the corporate limits of the City of Fort Worth.
