ROVIRA, Justice.
Cabs, Inc., d/b/a Zone Cab Company (Zone), appeals an order of the district court confirming an arbitration award entered against it, claiming that the statute authorizing the arbitration is unconstitutional. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm) cross-appeals, alleging that the district court erred in allowing Zone to present substantive defenses to confirmation of the arbitration award.
