MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BARBOUR, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the Motion of Defendant Papco, Inc. for Summary Judgment. Papco is a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Paper Company (“IP”), which was the employer of Plaintiff’s decedent. The question presented is whether Papco is entitled to the same protection of exclusivity of the workers’ compensation remedy as is IP.
