This is an appeal from an order granted by his Honor, Judge Gage, at Monck’s Corner, on the nth of October, 1899, and filed on the 12th of October, 1899. This order is set out in the “Case,” and should be incorporated by the reporter in his report of the case, together with the. exceptions thereto.
