Before the court is an omnibus document entitled Motion For Determination Of Inapplicability Of Automatic Stay, Objection To Notice Of Amendment Of Caption And Motion For Payment Of Rents filed by U.S. West Financial Services, Inc. (“U.S. West”). U.S. West seeks, among other things, a determination that mortgage foreclosure actions and/or sheriffs sales of certain real properties brought by it are not subject to the automatic stay because the properties are not property of the bankruptcy estate.
