Background and Procedural History.

The instant Chapter 11 case was commenced on July 29, 1993. A review of the docket in the main case reveals that very little of substance transpired in the case from its inception through September 1994, at which time the Office of the United States Trustee filed a Motion seeking dismissal of the case or its conversion to Chapter 7.
