On December 11, 1923, Mrs. Mary Gouts Burnett, by trust indenture, conveyed to herself, Dr. Chas. H. Harris, Mrs. Ollie Lake Burnett, Mrs. Ella Hardin, W. H. Slay and John H. Sweatt, as trustees, property, both real and personal, of great value, for the use and benefit of Texas Christian University.
