McCLOSKEY, Senior Judge.

George A. Bellum (Petitioner), petitions for review from an order of the Office of Attorney General (OAG), sustaining a decision of the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), denying his application to purchase a firearm. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

On February 25, 1975, Petitioner pled guilty and was convicted of driving under the influence (DUI) pursuant to Section 1037 of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code, now repealed. 1 On November 20, 1998, Petitioner applied to purchase a firearm.
