Harrington, Chancellor:

The real question is whether the statute of limitations is a good plea.

In cases coming within its exclusive jurisdiction, a court of equity is not bound to follow the statutory period of limitations, governing similar actions at law, in determining whether a complainant is guilty of loches, barring his right of action.
