The State Roads Commission condemned certain land of the appellants located at the intersection of Riverdale Road and Route 450 in Prince George’s County. Appellants (Burton) complain in this Court on three grounds: (1) the exclusion of Burton’s expert witnesses, an appraiser and a civil engineer, from the court room under Md.
